The person we are is a complicated mixture of how we look, behave and think. As people we are constantly changing, influenced by our surroundings. It is my belief that most people in modern society believe that the person they have become is a direct consequence of the decisions that they have made during their life. In this manner, you can create a great reservoir of selfconfidence within you. With regular practice of balancing thought process can help you to become free from fear and hesitation.

What we think, we become Buddha is an example of pure mind with wisdom and knowledge. The mind is the reservoir of desire.

We have little knowledge about the power of our mind, about the power of our thoughts. Most of us have no control over our thoughts and we let our mind take us wherever it feels like taking us. I can give you one simple example so you can better understand what is it that Im talking about.
