Top Ten Tuesday: Books That Came Into My Possession

Welcome back for another round of Top Ten Tuesday, hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. You can read more about Top Ten Tuesday and its previous topics here.

Up this week: Last Ten Books That Came Into My Possession

This list was a little tricky. I’ve bought/received a lot of books in the past few weeks, but I don’t recall the order in which they started living with me. Because of this, I’m picking ten from the last month that I’m most excited to read. They are sorted by where they came from.

1. The House Girl by Tara Conklin
2. The Plantagenets by Dan Jones
3. Mrs. Poe by Lynn Cullen
4. Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline
5. Hild by Nicola Griffith

7. The Romanov Sisters by Helen Rappaport

10. Angela’s Ashes by Frank McCourt

  1. I too recently purchased The Magicians! I want to read the series now that all of the books are out. I’m so picky when it comes to reading a series ~ I hate waiting on a book to come out as I generally forget aspects in between books. Reading a series that is out in its entirety is so much easier for me 🙂 I hope you enjoy The House Girl and Mrs. Poe. Both were great reads for me. Have a great Top Ten Day!

    • I’m also glad the books are all out! I don’t mind waiting, but I tend to forget things and have to reread previous books in the series before a new one comes out. I heard Magicians is going to be a TV show, which is what sparked my interested in reading it sooner rather than later.
